Quality Assurance Manager – Adult Social Care

Quality Assurance Manager to support an Adult Social Care Practice Assurance Team. Lead the annual quality assurance programme, turn audit findings into practical improvements and provide clear recommendations to senior leaders.

• Lead case-file audits, practice reviews and observations.
• Analyse data, identify risks and report improvement priorities.
• Evaluate social work practice against agreed quality standards.
• Manage quality-improvement projects from planning to closure.
• Support safeguarding, training and reflective learning.

• Qualified social worker with current Social Work England registration.
• Strong management experience in Adult Social Care, quality assurance or practice improvement.
• Sound knowledge of the Care Act 2014, the Mental Capacity Act and adult safeguarding.
• Proven audit, reporting, policy-review and project-management skills.
• Confident communicator able to influence leaders and frontline teams.

• Location: Bromley, Kent, BR1 1AS
• Pay: £38.06 per hour, Umbrella
• Hours: 36 per week
• Contract: 28 September–20 December 2026
• Hybrid: Minimum two office days per week
