Our local government clients in East London are looking to hire an Administrator in Adult Social Care. We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This is a hybrid working role that offers flexibility to work both remotely and on-site and may involve working from other offices as needed.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Minute taking during meetings
  • Scanning and copying documents
  • Preparing and organising information packs
  • Office organisation and maintenance
  • Organising events and workshops
  • Report Writing

Qualification – Essential

  • GCSE Grade (or equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics.
  • NVQ level qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced – Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Social Media, and CRM.

Knowledge and Experience Requirements - Criteria to be Evaluated at the Shortlisting Stage. To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • Administrative experience -3 Years Experience Preferred.
  • Experience in working to clear standard operating procedures
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Working within a business support environment, delivering high-quality services.
  • Experience working with a diverse range of customers
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Experience with office equipment such as scanners and copiers
  • Event planning and coordination skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with all levels of personnel

Essential Compliance Requirements

  • 3 Years' References.
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service
