We are recruiting a Data input Administrator to support the Early Help Assessment service with data administration and record-keeping of meetings and assessments completed by the team. Previous experience with Liquid Logic and data input would be beneficial.
Responsibility
The role involves ensuring that children and young people have up-to-date records by inputting assessments and meetings promptly:
Qualification – Essential
· GCSE Grade (or equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics
· NVQ Level 3 or equivalent standard Qualification in Social Care
· Advanced Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Social Media, and
CRM Liquid Logic:
Essential - Skills, Abilities & Experience
· Solid experience working in a business support capacity providing a wide range of
administrative support
· Ability to Enter date accurately at a speed of 60 WPM minimum
· Experience in handling sensitive and confidential information, so adhering to GDPR is
crucial
· Ability accurately input the minutes of Core Group meetings
· Experience in managing children's records using CRM and previous experience with
Liquid Logic and data input would be beneficial
· Ability to accurately maintain, monitor and update data accurately
· Ability to respond to emails and telephone queries swiftly and sensitively and liaise with
other departments to provide streamlined support for the service
· Excellent customer service experience and the ability to liaise with multi-agency
professionals both internally and externally, service users and colleagues in a confidential
and sensitive manner
· Ability to work well under pressure and in situations that may become challenging
· Experience and knowledge in Data Protection
· Experience in Microsoft Office packages, Liquid Logic and any other CRM databases
employed by the business
· Ability to use initiative, be self-motivated, and work as part of a team
· Ability to work flexibly to meet competing needs and demands
· Ability to communicate effectively both orally & in writing to a wide range of people
Essential Compliance Requirements
· Three Years of Reference
· DBS - Enhanced
· A pre-engagement screening is mandatory for this role
