Lead Officer – Housing ICT (CX Asset Management)

We are recruiting an experienced Lead Officer – Housing ICT to provide specialist support across CX Asset Management on a 4-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a housing systems professional with strong knowledge of CX Asset Management, advanced reporting capabilities, and experience supporting integrations and interfaces within a local authority or housing environment.

• Lead on CX Asset Management activity, including datasheets, SAVA energy performance certificates, stock condition data and mobile asset management functionality.
• Support the management of planned and completed works, planned maintenance and equipment records.
• Provide system expertise to support asset management processes, housing data quality and service improvement.
• Develop and maintain reporting outputs using SSRS, SQL and Power BI.
• Support integrations and interfaces involving Total Mobile Cloud Dialogues API, Azure Storage Explorer and SharePoint EDM.
• Contribute knowledge of contracts, contractors, forecasting and compliance where required.

We are looking for a confident and knowledgeable housing ICT specialist who can quickly add value in a fast-paced environment. You will bring strong technical Understanding, excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively with both ICT and housing service stakeholders.

• Strong working knowledge of CX Asset Management within a housing or local authority setting.
• Understanding of Decent Homes requirements.
• Experience with stock condition data, asset records, planned works and planned maintenance processes.
• Intermediate to advanced SQL skills, with experience using SSRS for reporting.
• Power BI experience or a strong Understanding of business intelligence reporting.
• Knowledge of integrations and interfaces, including Total Mobile Cloud Dialogues API, Azure Storage Explorer and SharePoint EDM.
• Awareness of contracts and contractor management within housing services.

• Relevant qualification or equivalent professional experience in housing systems, ICT, asset management, data management or a related discipline.
• Evidence of continued professional development in housing technology, reporting, business intelligence or systems administration.
• Technical training or demonstrable competence in SQL, SSRS, Power BI or comparable reporting tools would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of local authority housing, asset management standards and Decent Homes requirements is desirable.
