Our local government clients are recruiting an Integrated Community Equipment Service Warehouse Supervisor, a key role integral to the efficient operation of the warehouse. You will work closely with the Operations Managers to ensure the warehouse and distribution network is safe and compliant with legislation. Your role in maintaining stock levels and conducting stock audits is crucial to our operations.

Responsibility

Oversee the ordering of standard and bespoke equipment (Specials) goods in standard stock, goods in bespoke equipment and resource data to the client for delivery. Conduct weekly health and safety checks to ensure the warehouse complies with relevant health and safety regulations. To load recycled specification onto intuitive community equipment ordering platform (TCES) ensuring prescribers can order and reduce spend on new stock, maintain safe weight distribution of equipment following weight distribution process, carry out any other duties as requested and keep records of all spends on internal service records, update (TCES) Community software tracking platform catalogue with any new equipment or edit/amend existing community equipment.

Qualification – Essential

  • GCSE Grade (or equivalent) in English Language and Mathematics.
  • Qualification in Supply Chain Management
  • Clean Driving License
  • Advanced – Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), social media.

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience Requirements - Criteria to be Evaluated at the Shortlisting Stage.

Successful candidates will be:

  • Previous experience in the community equipment ordering and management sector.
  • Knowledge of the end-to-end software solution that offers an intuitive community equipment ordering and tracking platform.
  • Knowledge and experience of logistics operations
  • A good understanding of the health and social care system
  • Good legislative knowledge
  • Good range of IT skills
  • Good supervisory skills
  • Process driven
  • Good negotiation and people management skills
  • Experience in Warehouse Health & Safety Management
  • H & S legislation relating to the core business areas
  • Warehouse operations, supply chain management and multi-drop deliveries
  • Understanding the hazards in the work they undertake.
  • Following safety rules and procedures

Essential Compliance Requirements

  • 3 Years' References.
  • Enhanced CRB/DBS
