Description
Our Public Sector client in Kent is recruiting an Organisational Development Project Lead – To develop and implement strategies and initiatives to enhance talent acquisition, talent management, staff engagement, training and development, and other organisational development projects:
Responsibility
Collaborate with departmental leaders to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to achieve organisational goals. Develop and manage budgets for organisational development initiatives. Provide guidance and coaching to departmental leaders on change management, leadership development, and other best practices related to corporate development projects:
Qualification – Essential
·        GCSEs including English & Maths
·        Degree in business, organisational development, human resources, CIPD qualification or
         equivalent experience.
·        Advanced – Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, social media, and CRM.
Skills, Abilities, & Experience – Essential
·        Additionally, at least five years’ experience in organisational development or a related field is
         required.
·        Experience in change management, project management, and leadership development is
         essential.
·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and excellent communication and interpersonal
         skills are necessary.
·        The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams is vital, and demonstrated
         experience managing budgets and resources effectively is required.
·        Proven experience in managing and mentoring a team is also essential.
·        The ability to work independently with minimal supervision is desirable, as is experience
         working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
·        Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and project management software is also
         required.
·        The role is hybrid working, with two days in the office.

·        3 Years References
·        Available for immediate start.
·        A pre-engagement screening is mandatory for this role.
