- Our client in Central London is recruiting a Helpdesk FacilitiesAdministrator– To provide the first point of contact with customers in ensuring buildings are repaired and maintained to high standards, enabling services to be delivered from safe, comfortable and serviceable facilities.
Responsibility
The role is responsible for raising reactive repair and planned work requests on the IT systems. Providing high-quality customer servicing, ensuring the customer is kept fully informed of works throughout the process. The role will also provide administrative support to assist the team in delivering a high-quality and cost-effective service.
Qualification – Essential
· GCSE/O Level, 5 GCSE including English & maths
· NVQ level 4 or equivalent by experience
· Advanced –Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, (CAFM) databases and systems, and
social media:
Skills, Abilities & Experience – Essential
· Good working knowledge of the repair process, particularly the sequence of work and time
taken to complete repair tasks.
· Understanding of building assets and related repair issues, including its prioritisation.
· Good understanding of end-to-end responsive repair systems.
· Good understanding of building-related health and safety.
· Experience allocating work to trade staff in a high-volume responsive repair environment.
· Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team.
· Experience in collating and inputting high volumes of information accurately.
· Experience in allocating fast turnaround work in a flexible, changing environment.
· Experience in tracking longer-term work to completion.
· Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office Packages, including Word, Excel and
PowerPoint.
· Good understanding of asset or facilities management (CAFM) databases and systems.
Essential Compliance Requirements
· Three Years of Reference- essential.
· Available for immediate start.
· A pre-engagement screening is mandatory for this role.
