Description
Our client in NorthWest London is recruiting a Welfare AdministratorTo provide administrative and clerical support to the homes for Ukraine and the DBS team" The central part of this role is to deal with queries from the sponsors and the refugees:
Responsibility
Responsibilities may be wide-ranging, including providing administrative support to groups, organising and disseminating information, and supporting data collection and collation:
Qualification – Essential
·        GCSE/O Level, 5 GCSE including English & maths
·        NVQ Business Administration Level 3, BTEC or equivalent
·        Advanced – Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, social media and CRM.
Skills, Abilities & Experience – Essential
·        Must be able to travel into offices every day.
·        Able to speak fluently in Ukrainian.
·        Knowledge of issuing offers of employment, facilitating pre-employment checks, ID checks,
         DBS and disclosure checks and tracking.
·        Skilled at working flexibly, creatively, and collaboratively to resolve issues and problems.
·        A good team player, able to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels and adjust work
         priorities to assist colleagues in meeting service area objectives.
·        Demonstrate the ability to communicate and engage effectively with internal /external
         customers.
·        Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines and address barriers to delivery.
·        The capacity to coordinate and plan own workload and manage conflicting priorities.
·        Ability to produce clear and concise letters and reports.
·        Ability to present data for performance monitoring and reporting purposes.
·        Ability to operate a range of IT software packages, including Word, Excel, Access,
         PowerPoint, Outlook and Print management software
·        A knowledge and commitment to comply with the Equal Opportunities policy.
·        An understanding of Local Authority processes.
Essential Compliance Requirements
·        Three Years of Reference
·        Experience in a similar customer-facing role
·        Available for immediate start
·        A pre-engagement screening is mandatory for this role
