Description
Our client in North London is recruiting an HR Onboarding & Compliance OfficerTo provide professional, high-quality, accurate, customer-focused onboarding, employment screening and compliance service to all customer groups. Working in partnership with the HR Support Services colleagues, the Resourcing Team and the broader HR function to support a seamless onboarding process and HR transformation:
Responsibilities:
To deliver a high-quality, accurate customer focus onboarding and employment screening service for all customers groups, which is provided within and exceeding service level agreement for users;
Qualification – Essential
·        GCSE/O Level, 5 GCSE including English & maths
·        A degree, equivalent qualification, or Experience that supports the skills and abilities
         required for the post.
·        CIPD or relevant memberships
·        Advanced – Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, social media
Skills, Abilities & Experience – Essential
·        Up-to-date experience in employment screening, compliance and right-to-work checks
         including DBS checks.
·        Solid Experience in employment and onboarding within a medium size organisation.
·        Up-to-date knowledge of UK regulatory, legislative, and local government requirements.
·        Solid HR operations knowledge and HR shared services experience.
·        Excellent teamwork skills and Experience.
·        Excellent customer service skills, including face-to-face Experience.
·        Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written correspondence.
·        Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and desire to develop and deliver a
         first-class service.
·        Solid Experience using compliance software, Access, ATS, and SAP HR systems.
·        Knowledge of other HR platforms, providers and HR systems.
·        Experience in digital transformation to improve and streamline service using workflow.
·        Solid officer-administration skills and Experience.
Essential Compliance Requirements
·        Three Years of Reference
·        A pre-engagement screening is mandatory for this role
