We are recruiting an Administration & Finance Assistant; -To provide robust administration and finance support for the Repairs Support Team. Matching and batching invoices, business letters & emails, data entry for maintenance of office database, organise incoming posts for the team and telephone calls, utility companies, suppliers and other stakeholders.:
Qualification:
· GCSEs (A-C) or equivalent to include Maths and English
· NVQ Level 3 - Business Administration or equivalent
· Advanced user –Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, social media, and CRM:
Essential – Skills & Experience
· Able to demonstrate the ability to complete small projects for the end-of-year financial year
deadlines.
· Have experience in financial procedures, i.e., purchase orders, petty cash, invoicing etc.
· Good experience working in a financial role,
· Strong communication & literacy skills in writing, telephone & face to face,
· Knowledge of converting invoice processing from paper to electronic form.
· Advanced computer literate in Microsoft packages, especially Word, Excel and Outlook;
ability to use various IT systems,
· Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
· Proficient understanding of the accuracy of accountability & spreadsheet.
· Excellent personal and office organisational skills, including prioritisation, delegation and
target setting.
· Experience in the accurate processing of financial transactions
· Ability to use management information systems
· Ability to listen, effectively extract meaningful information and communicate this onward
using different means.
· Good analytical skills, including collating-analysing data, were required to assist in service
improvements
· Knowledge of and ability to manage sensitive intelligence and information securely
· Understand the importance of keeping accurate and precise records.
