Description
We seek a Sales and Marketing Officer to be accountable for the sales and marketing of the affordable workspace programme in and around central London. The role will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, closing deals and assisting the workspaces in reaching their maximum capacity:
Responsibility
Responsible for maximising the success and profitability of the Affordable Workspace Strategy by developing and implementing a sale and marketing process to target new clients. To work directly with the Affordable Workspaces team to assist them in growing their memberships:
Qualification – Essential
·        GCSEs (A-C) or equivalent to include Maths and English
·        NVQ level and relevant experience in a Sales & Marketing role.
·        Advanced user –Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, social media:
Essential - Skills, Abilities & Experience
·        Proven sales and negotiating skills and experience in bid management.
·        Advanced influencing, networking and negotiation skills.
·        Previous experience working in a sales role, preferably B2B.
·        Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
·        Highly organised with good attention to detail and time management skills.
·        Ability to creatively develop and implement sales and marketing processes to target new
         customers.
·        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including negotiation and influencing
         people to secure data and information required to inform decision-making.
·        Good networking and relationship-building skills.
·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
·        Advanced IT and database skills (including Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook.
·        Ability to work under pressure towards tight deadlines and to multi-task effectively.
·        Knowledge of the London property market is desirable but not - essential.
·        Must be able to demonstrate advanced Sales Management skills and experience.
Essential Compliance Requirements
·        Three Years of References
·        A pre-engagement screening is mandatory for this role.
