We are recruiting a Corporate Driver Training and Compliance Officer to Provide expertise and guidance relating to all driver training and legislative requirements, contributing to the development of corporate fleet and road risk management policies and procedures:
Responsibility
Responsible for Management of driver assessment and training bookings, providing driving tuition or assessments as required, focussing on safe and fuel-efficient driving:
Qualification – Essential
· GCSEs (A-C) or equivalent to include Maths and English
· Recognised driver trainer/assessor qualification
· National/International Road Haulage Transport Manager CPC Qualification
· Minimum of Class C1 is held
· Advanced user –Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, social media:
Essential - Skills, Abilities & Experience
· Must have an international CPC Operators Licence qualification- Essential.
· Min two years of experience working in a fleet environment.
· Extensive knowledge of driver compliance legislation.
· Capable of completing investigations and reporting clear conclusions.
· Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all colleagues.
· Effective IT skills with Microsoft Office and other fleet systems (Vision/Licence Bureau/R2C)
· Able to complete KPI reports accurately and promptly.
· Must hold a clean driving licence
Essential Compliance Requirements
· Three Years of References
· A pre-engagement screening is mandatory for this role.
