Provide administrative support for panels and meeting across the department, including scheduling, room bookings, sending notifications and invitations, preparing/circulating papers and taking accurate minutes:
Responsibility
Responsible for developing and maintaining systems, processes and procedures that support the Setting and School Effectiveness Service:
Qualification – Essential
· GCSEs (A-C) or equivalent to include Maths and English
· NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification or experience in relevant discipline
· RSA2 typing and Minute taking or equivalent
· Advanced user –Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams, social media, and CRM:
Essential - Skills, Abilities & Experience
· Strong time management and multi-tasking skills to meet tight deadlines
· Demonstrable experience in accurate and timely data input and data management, ensuring
accuracy and confidentiality.
· Ability to use initiative and think innovatively
· Ability to prioritise and manage competing priorities within the regular workload
· Ability to work according to equal opportunities principles
· Ability to help deliver a customer-focused high-quality service with a flexible and positive
“can-do” approach.
· Solid diary management/correspondence management and strategic priorities (essential)
· Ability to quickly adapt and thrive in a new working environment.

· Experience working in a local authority (desirable)
· Experience working to a high level with technology in the workplace, identifying
opportunities for its users to streamline processes/increase the team’s effectiveness.
· Able to operate calmly under pressure, be flexible, adaptive and responsive to the needs of
the business.
· Skilled at working flexibly, creatively, and collaboratively to resolve issues and problems.
· Ability to communicate and engage effectively with internal /external customers.
· Ability to produce clear and concise letters, minutes, and reports.
· Ability to present data for performance monitoring and reporting purposes.
