Description
Working within the Community Safety team in the Public Protection Division to embed new workstreams, particularly regarding Multi-Agency Risk Assessment Conferences, Domestic Abuse and Domestic Abuse Perpetrator Panels:
Responsibility
To meet and greet customers and members of the public. Deal with public/client enquiries, problems, difficulties, complaints and records as appropriate to ensure high customer service provision:
Qualification – Essential
·        GCSEs (A-C) or equivalent to include Maths and English
·        Degree or equivalent experience in a similar role.
·        Advanced user –Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams, Social
         Media and CRM:
Essential - Skills, Abilities & Experience
·        Understand the process of risk assessment
·        Experience working with or in the field of community safety or supporting project teams
·        Relevant knowledge of local and national policy, strategy and developments regarding
         domestic abuse and safeguarding and its links to broader community safety issues.
·        Good understanding of the information needs and dynamics of risk assessment conferences
         and risk assessment processes
·        Good knowledge of general administration and data management systems
·        Solid experience working in an office / administrative environment
·        Knowledge of processing referrals into services
·        Experience in using a range of databases, including the inputting and extraction of data to
         produce summary reports
·        Experience in using recognised statistical techniques to provide effective and accurate data
·        Knowledge of coordinating projects and meetings
·        Experience working with a range of partner organisations.

·        3 Years References
·        A pre-engagement screening is a mandatory requirement for this role;
