We are looking for an experienced Technical Services Manager who can demonstrate a high level of interpersonal, negotiation, influencing and communication skills:
Responsibility
To manage a proportion of the Maintenance Programme and other technical work, including allocating work to FM contractors following the Planned Preventative Maintenance programme and ensuring that planned and reactive work is completed to an acceptable standard. Oversee the maintenance and repair of all electrical/ mechanical equipment and building fabric, ensuring that any works carried out comply with all health and safety and security procedures:
Qualification – Essential
· GCSEs (A-C) or equivalent to include Maths and English
· Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
· Registered with the Engineering Council
· Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software and drafting procedures
· Advanced user –Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Social Media, and CRM:

· Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software and drafting procedures
· Assumes personal responsibility for achieving outcomes and making appropriate
decisions and is considerate of others and their contributions
· Demonstrates high personal standards as an example to others and delivers what they
agree
· Have the necessary qualifications, knowledge, and experience to design for all areas of
Mechanical and Electrical, together with an appropriate level of understanding of
associated disciplines
· Highly developed interpersonal, negotiation, influencing and communication skills
· Ability to interact effectively with a range of stakeholders. Including staff at all levels and
external organisations.
· Ability to translate vision into effective plans
· Strong analytical skills; ability to evaluate complex issues, often with incomplete
information, and to devise effective, workable solutions
· Excellent prioritisation and project development skills
· Strong knowledge of CAD/CAM software and drafting procedures
· Assumes personal responsibility for achieving outcomes and making appropriate

· Demonstrates high personal standards as an example to others and delivers what they
agree
Essential Compliance Requirements
· Three Years of Reference
· DBS - Enhanced
· A pre-engagement screening is mandatory for this role
