We are recruiting a Senior Administrator to provide a comprehensive and efficient administrative service to all Early Careers Pathway Team members:
Responsibility
To provide a high level of senior administration support by following procurement procedures, organise and chairing meetings for our internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring all systems, processes and organisation of all information for services is up to date:
Qualification – Essential
· GCSEs (A-C) or equivalent to include Maths and English
· NVQ Business Administration Level 3, BTEC or equivalent
· RSA, including minute taking
· Advanced user –Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Social Media
Essential - Skills, Abilities & Experience
· Ability to follow procurement processes
· Able to deliver high-quality administrative support to services
· Experience in leasing with business officers and other stakeholders to ensure that
systems and processes are following service needs
· Able to arrange meetings, electronic filing, Word-processing, data entry and verification
of data-checking procedures
· Experience in the distribution of management data for regular and ad-hoc reporting on all
areas of the Business
· Experience in collating and distributing papers, taking notes, and monitoring follow-up
actions as necessary
· Ability to operate and maintain comprehensive administration and financial systems,
ensuring appropriate levels of compliance
· Ability to collate and compile statistical data and management information for audit and
performance monitoring
· Ability to support the team and broader Business Support Service to ensure continuity of
service delivery, working flexibly to meet competing needs and demands
· Able to work with other team members on the development and improvement of
administrative processes and procedures to improve service delivery
· Proven ability to maintain database systems, website pages and online forms relative to
the service area
· Ability to work on the initiative, manage and prioritise workload, and accept and manage
changes to circumstances and priorities.
· Strong written and verbal communicator - attention to detail
