We are recruiting a Repairs Service Administrator to manage and maintain jobs raised and to provide an excellent level of customer service whilst dealing with repairs and maintenance requests and enquiries:
Responsibility
To allocate works order codes to identify the right trades-person to attend to carry out the correct works in the chosen category and timescale. To manage the day-to-day job allocation to relevant trades according to priority and to handle complaints and Members' Enquiries:
Qualification – Essential
· GCSEs (A-C) or equivalent to include Maths and English
· NVQ Level 2 Administration or relevant experience
· Advanced user –Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Social Media and CRM:
Essential - Skills, Abilities & Experience
· Able to demonstrate the ability to create, update and coordinate programmes on
Management System
· Experience in Identifying and responding to customer support service requests
· Ability to develop, maintain and update all required documentation promptly
· Ability to support the implementation and testing of our new Housing Management
System
· Ability to answer telephone calls in a polite and timely manner, schedule works and
consult with customers
· Solid experience in database updating and administration, planning and prioritise
workload
· Ability to liaise and collaborate with multiple teams, including contractors, tenancy, and
property team
· Ability to prepare paperwork, scanning and maintain document control
· Able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing to a wide range of groups
· Have the ability to use probing questions to identify faults correctly
· Basic repairs knowledge to translate clients' requests into accurate works orders
· Experience in attending both remote, face to face meetings and populating meeting notes
· Experience in using a wide range of MS Office or Google packages, including Word,
Excel and PowerPoint
· Ability to work as part of a team
· Ability to work unsupervised in a demanding environment
Essential Compliance Requirements
· Three Years of Reference
· Enhanced DBS
· A pre-engagement screening is mandatory for this role
